Revenues have increased by 59 percent on a year-to-year base (Q3 06: € 15.8m). The balanced EBIT of €0.03m (Q3 06: 1,2 Mio. Euro) is due to one-time provisions of appr. €1 million made for the correction of the financial figures of nacamar GmbH. In the first nine months ecotel generated revenues of €67.7 million, EBITDA of €6.4million and an EBIT of €4.6m. Earnings per share for the first nine months were € 0.74. Adjusted for deferred taxes earnings per share for the first nine months were €0.93, In comparison to the first quarter of 2006 revenues grew by more than 70% (Q1 06: Euro 12.1 million). The management board maintains its guidance after the profit warning of September 21 with revenues of appr. €90 million and an EBIT of appr. €6 million.
