On Monday, August 06, 2007, ecotel’s share capital consisting of 3.900.000 shares has been admitted to trading in the Official Market (Amtlicher Markt) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange with simultaneousadmission to the sub-segment of the Official Market with additional post-admission obligations (Prime Standard). Listing takes place today. In connection with the transfer to the Prime Standard, no public offer was made.. ecotel is the fourth company, which has realised the transfer to the Prime Standard since the existence of the Entry Standard.
