- Revenues grow by 66% to € 93.2 million
- EBITDA increases by 104% to € 9.2 million
- EBIT increases by 62 % to € 6.0 million

ecotel communication ag presents its financial results for 2007 and maintains its profitable growth path for the tenth year since its foundation. The preliminary results have been slightly overachieved.
Revenues grew by 66% from € 56,3 million to € 93.2 million Euro. EBITDA increased by 104% from € 4.5 million to € 9.2 million. EBIT improved by 62% from € 3.7 million to € 6.0 million. Compared to the preliminary figures there has been a deferral of revenues and cost, which led to an increase of depreciation and EBITDA of € 0.6 million. The EBIT has remained unchanged.
Earnings after minority interests grew by 56% from € 2.1 million to € 3.3 million. This corresponds to earnings per share of 0.90 Euro compared to 0.64 Euro in 2006. Earnings per share for 2007 adjusted for deferred taxes were € 1.08.

For 2008 the company expects further profitable growth. Revenues are expected to grow to
€ 100 – 110 million. Earnings from operations in 2008 will be affected by significant extraordinary results, which are currently difficult to assess. Among other things it includes the dispute with Tiscali S.P.A. regarding a reduction of the purchase price for the acquisition of nacamar GmbH. ecotel expects the 2008 EBITDA adjusted for extraordinary effects to be at more than € 7 million, slightly above the 'normalised' 2007 figures.    
After its aggressive growth in 2007 ecotel is now consolidating its subsidiaries in order to fully leverage the synergies of its acquisitions and to strengthen its competitive position. The future business of ecotel will be based on three business divisions: Business Customers, Wholesale Customers and New Business.
