Juli 2007 According to official information received by ecotel on July 10, 2007 Absolute Activist Value Fund Ltd. holds more than 25% of ecotel’s share capital. The current major stock owners of ecotel are therefore Peter Zils (CEO of ecotel) with 35% of the shares and the Absolute Activist Value Fund with over 25% of the shares. The remaining 40% of the outstanding shares are free float. The re-placement of ecotel shares of the pre-IPO investors is therefore nearly completed.
