On request of ecotel’s management board the district court of Düsseldorf
has appointed Mr. Mag. Reinhold Oblak as new member of the supervisory
board with effective date of April 1, 2008. Due to the retirement of Mr.
Tobias Schreyer, member of the supervisory board since January 2006, the
management has proposed Mr. Oblak (in coordination with the supervisory
board) to the district court in Düsseldorf to become a new member of the
supervisory board according to § 104 AktG.
Mr. Oblak was born in 1963. After his studies of politics and communication
he has been working as journalist for politics and economics. Later he has
been spokesperson of two Austrian health ministers and spokesperson of the
international printed circuit board producer AT&S AG for six years. Since
February 2005 he is member of the board of the global investment company
AvW Group AG (Krumpendorf, Austria), which owns more than 10% of the share
capital of ecotel communication ag.
