AvW Gruppe AG is wholly owned by AvW Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH. The sole shareholder of AvW Beteiligungsverwaltung GmbH is Auer von Welsbach Privatstiftung. Dr. Auer von Welsbach is the benefactor of Auer von Welsbach Privatstiftung, which has the sole right to amend the declaration of foundation of Auer von Welsbach Privatstiftung.
The above persons or legal entities hold 5,743% of the voting capital (an interest of 223995 shares) in ecotel communication ag, Düsseldorf, Germany, ISIN: DE0005854343, SCN: 585434, in accordance with Article 21, Section 1a WpHG.
