During the period between 31 March 31 and 27 May, 2014 ecotel communication ag (WKN 000585434/ ISIN DE0005854343) acquired a total of 90,000 shares of ecotel communication ag at an average price of EUR 8.70 per share.
The acquisition of the non-par value shares was executed through the stock exchange in accordance with the ad-hoc report of 31 March, 2014 via the credit institute commissioned by ecotel communication ag.
The number of redeemed shares corresponds to 2.3 % of the share capital of ecotel communication ag. The redemption of shares is now complete. Therefore, ecotel currently owns 390,000 shares of company stock, which corresponds to 10 % of the company's share capital.

The corporate group, with its main office in Düsseldorf, currently has about 210 employees, including subsidiaries and holdings.
