ecotel communication ag announces preliminary financial results for 2007 and confirms the revised guidance of September 2007.
In the financial year 2007 ecotel communication ag has generated revenues of € 92.6 million Euro, a growth of 64 percent compared with the previous year revenues of € 56.3 million.

Earnings before interest, tax and depreciation (EBITDA) increased by 91 percent from € 4.5 million in 2006 to € 8.6 million in 2007. This corresponds to an improvement of the EBITDA margin from 8.0 percent to 9.3 percent. Earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) for 2007 were € 6.0 million, an improvement of 58 percent compared to € 3,8 million in 2006. The EBIT margin declined slightly from 6.7% to 6.5%.
In the fourth quarter of 2007 ecotel has generated preliminary revenues of € 24.9 million, EBITDA of € 2.2 million and an EBIT of € 1.4 million.
Earnings per share for 2007 adjusted for deferred taxes grew to € 1.15.
The guidance for 2008 will be communicated at the end of March in line with the publication of the financial report 2007.
