During the period between 28 February and 31 July 2013 ecotel communication ag (WKN 000585434/ ISIN DE0005854343) acquired a total of 85,096 shares of ecotel communication ag at an average price of EUR 5.51.
The acquisition of the non par value shares was executed in accordance with the ad-hoc report of 28 February 2013 through the stock exchange the credit institute commissioned by ecotel communication ag.
The number of redeemed shares corresponds to 2.18 % of the share capital of ecotel communication ag. The redemption of shares is now complete. Therefore, ecotel currently owns 300,000 shares of company stock, which corresponds to 7.69 % of the company's share capital.
