Supervisory Board

Dr. Norbert Bensel (Chairman)

 

(born 1947) has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ecotel communication ag since July 2010 and fills the chair of the Supervisory Board as of 01/05/2014. Dr. Norbert Bensel is an independent business consultant. After completing his doctorate in chemistry, Dr. Bensel worked in different positions in human relations development and executive support in large German corporations and later became a member of the Management Board of debis AG. After an appointment as Chief Human Resources Officer of the Deutsche Bahn AG, he was Director of DB Mobility Logistics AG (DB Schenker) with responsibility for Transport and Logistics.

 

Mirko Mach (Deputy Chairman)

 

(born 1976) has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ecotel communication ag since 2007 and has performed the duties of Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board since 18/12/2007. In 1995, Mirko Mach, together with Ferdinand Ruppert, founded MPC Service GmbH and developed the telecommunication consulting company during his study of mechanical engineering. As Managing Partner, Mr. Mach currently bears the responsibility for project management of wireline networks and is also responsible for the strategic development of the company.

 

Tim Schulte Havermann

 

(born 1969) has been a member of the supervisory board of ecotel communication ag since 22/06/2016. Mr Schulte Havermann is an entre-preneur and active businessman in a number of sectors.

After completing his studies in pharmaceutics, he initially worked as an independent chemist while simultaneously pursuing entrepreneurial op-portunities and investments in other sectors. Tim Schulte Havermann is a former CEO of ecotel communication ag (from 2002 to 2006) and has been the managing director and board representative of holding compa-nies in various sectors - primarily within real estate and project develop-ment.

In recent years his work has been focussed on the development of real estate portfolios in Berlin and other large cities.

 

Brigitte Holzer

 

(born 1961) has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ecotel communication ag since January 2006. Since 2009, Mrs. Holzer has filled the position FP&A Manager Emerging Markets at Adobe Systems GmbH. After studying business, Mrs. Holzer worked in the Finance departments of different companies, e.g. as Director Finance of Cybernet AG for the region of Germany and the entire Holding and as Director Finance for VOICE.TRUST AG.

 

Sascha Magsamen

 

(born 1974) has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ecotel communication ag since 29/07/2011. Sascha Magsamen has been full-time Executive Manager of Impera Total Return AG, a holding company in Frankfurt since 01/01/2010. He is also Executive Manager of PVM Private Values Media AG, a company of the Magsamen family with headquarters in Frankfurt. Formerly, starting in 2004, he worked in own-account trading at the Dresdner Bank in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for the sundry securities segment of the DACH region. Prior to his activities in investment banking at Dresdner Bank Sascha Magsamen was business editor for ‘Die Börsen-Zeitung’ (WM Group) and ‘Die Telebörse’ (Handelsblatt Group). In 1999 he completed his degree in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Mayen. He founded more than a dozen SMEs in the areas of media and financial services. Sascha Magsamen is active in different supervisory boards of listed companies, such as Wige Media AG (Cologne).

 

Dr. Thorsten Reinhard

 

(born 1970) has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ecotel communication ag since January 2006. Since 2005, Dr. Reinhard has been a lawyer with Noerr LLP (formerly Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz), first in Berlin, and since 2009 in Frankfurt am Main. He has been a partner there since 2007. After completing his law degree, Dr. Reinhard was admitted to the bar in 1999. Before joining Noerr, Dr. Reinhard worked for another international business law firm in Düsseldorf and London.
